Spring-Summer 2022

"CAPTURING MOMENTS OF JOY"
… these words were introducing the catalogue
of the exhibition dedicated to Jacques Henri
Lartigue at Fukushima Museum of Art in 2017.

They are perfectly summarizing a wide part of
the photographer’s work and inspired me the
story of the new Spring Summer collection which
is celebrating the pleasure of wearing obvious
clothes made for moving, playing, dancing, in
other words living.

The graphic ingredients are drawn from Henri
Matisse’s Mediterranean artistic world and the
color palette, from Paula Modersohn Becker’s
paintings and J.H.Lartigue’s 1st autochromes.

As for the leading styles of the collection, they
safely went through time and trends to live
forever in our wardrobe : tank tops, jeans and
their iconic twill, polo shirts, sweat shirts,
striped sweaters, the little black dress… have
now their knitted and printed version.

Spring-Summer 2022 will be easy, careless and
imbued with recovered happiness, against all odds.
