1. Purpose and scope

These GTCS govern online sales of products offered by Catherine André on the Website. Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of the GTCS.

2. Orders

The order is recorded once it has been validated by the customer and payment has been made.

A confirmation email summarizing the order is sent to the customer.

However, the order shall only become final once accepted by the seller, subject to product availability and the absence of any manifest error, typographical error, or technical error affecting the displayed price, the application of a discount, or the terms of the offer.

In the event of a manifest, typographical, or technical error identified before dispatch, the seller reserves the right to cancel the order after informing the customer as soon as possible. If payment has already been made, it shall be refunded in full using the same payment method, or, failing that, by any other appropriate means.

3. Products and availability

Essential product features are described on each product page. Photos are non-contractual but intended to be faithful. Offers are valid while stocks last. If an item is unavailable, we will inform you and issue a refund.

4. Prices and taxes

The prices displayed on the Website are indicated in euros and include applicable taxes, where relevant. Delivery charges are not included unless otherwise stated.

Depending on the country of delivery, the customer’s billing or shipping address, and the applicable tax rules, taxes and total amounts may be adjusted during checkout once the customer has entered their delivery details.

The final amount payable by the customer is the amount displayed on the order summary page at the time the order is confirmed, subject to any manifest error, typographical error, or technical error affecting the displayed price or the application of a promotion.

Where such an error is identified before dispatch of the order, the seller shall inform the customer as soon as possible. The customer may then either accept the order at the corrected price, where this option is offered by the seller, or request cancellation of the order with a full refund of the sums paid.

5. Promotional Offers

Promotional offers, discount codes, and pricing benefits are valid only for their period of validity and subject to the conditions applicable to them. Any discount that remains applied in error after the expiry, deactivation, or withdrawal of the offer due to a technical anomaly may be cancelled, and the order may then be corrected or cancelled in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

6. Payment and security

Payments are processed via Crédit Agricole (e-transactions). Transactions are secured (TLS encryption, PCI DSS standard). We do not store bank data. Strong authentication (3D Secure) may be required by your bank.

7. Delivery

Timeframes: orders shipped within 3–5 business days; delivery by Colissimo (France) or FedEx (international).

Rates: France €5 (<€100), €10 (€100–600), free from €600; EU €15; Switzerland/Asia €50; Rest of World €30.

In the event of delay or loss, we will open an investigation with the carrier. If the package is declared lost, we will replace or refund the item.

8. Right of withdrawal and returns

Items must be returned new, unworn, unwashed, with tags and original packaging.
