Right of withdrawal

At Catherine André, we are committed to ensuring our customers’ satisfaction.

In accordance with applicable legal provisions, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any justification or pay any penalties.

Return requests must now be submitted directly through your customer account, in the “Order History” section. For logistical and tracking reasons, returns sent without prior online approval cannot be accepted.

Once your request has been submitted, our team will respond within 3 working days to confirm whether or not the return has been approved. After approval, you will be able to download your return form directly from your customer account, in the “Product Returns” section, where you can also track the progress of your request.

 

Returned items must be:

- unworn,

- unwashed,

- with all original tags attached,

- and in their original packaging.

Any product that does not comply with these conditions cannot be accepted or refunded.

 

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer, except:

- for all orders over €600 delivered within mainland France,

- in the event of an error on our part,

- or if the received product has a confirmed defect.

In these cases, return shipping costs will be covered by Catherine André.

 

We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure the safe receipt of your return parcel.

In the case of an exchange, if the requested item is no longer available or if there is a price difference with the newly requested item, we will contact you to offer a credit note, a refund, or payment of the difference.

 

Refunds

Once the returned items are received and inspected, we will proceed with the refund of the amount paid, excluding the original shipping costs, which are non-refundable even in the case of a full return. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise requested.

Please note that certain exceptions apply: personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned or refunded.
