Right of Withdrawal

At Catherine André, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If an item does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return it to us.

In accordance with applicable legal provisions, the right of withdrawal does not require justification or penalties. However, items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in their original packaging. Any product that does not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return or refund.

A return form is generally included with your order. It must be completed and placed inside your return package. If this form is missing or was not included, you can download it directly from our website via this link: [link to Personal Account – Order History].

If we are unable to fulfill your exchange request due to lack of stock, or if there is a price difference with the new item, we will contact you to propose a credit or a refund.

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, except in cases of error on our part or if the product received has a confirmed defect. In those specific cases, we will cover the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure proper receipt of your return.

 

Free Returns for Orders Over €500 In mainland France

For all purchases over €500 delivered within mainland France, a prepaid return label is included in your parcel, allowing you to benefit from a free return.

Refunds

Once the returned items are received and inspected, we will proceed with the refund of the amount paid, excluding the original shipping costs, which are non-refundable even in the case of a full return. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise requested.

Please note that certain exceptions apply: personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned or refunded.
