• Ships in 3–5 business days via Colissimo or FedEx (tracked)
• Returns within 14 days: exchange, refund, or store credit
• Conditions: items unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in the original packaging
• For orders under €500: return shipping at your expense (covered in case of our error or a proven defect)
• Refund issued after inspection, excluding original delivery fees
